Sugar Free Chocolate Chip Cookies (KETO)

Chocolate Chip Cookies are one of my kids favorites! With this sugar free gluten free recipe I can make them and feel good about giving them a healthy treat without the sugar crash that traditional chocolate chip cookies do.


Ingredients

1-1/2 cups Almond Flour

1/4 cup Monk Fruit Sweetener

1 tsp Baking Powder

1/2 cup Butter

1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

2 tsp Unflavored Gelatin Powder

1 large Egg

1/4 cup Lily’s Chocolate Chips


Instructions

Preheat over to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.


Mix all ingredients except chocolate chips in a large bowl, then add 3/4 of the chocolate chips to the mix. Divide the dough onto the parchment paper into 18 mounds then top each cookie with the remaining chips.


Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool at least 10 minutes so they don’t fall apart. Enjoy. This would be great paired with our Vanilla Frozen Custard. You can find on this website.
