Sugar Free Blackberry Jam (KETO)

This is an easy jam recipe that can be interchanged with any fruit. Be sure to double or triple this recipe so you can have plenty for you and your family to enjoy.


Ingredients

1 pint Fresh Blackberries

1 tablespoon Monk Fruit Sweetener

1 tsp Unsweetened Gelatin Powder or Agar Agar for Vegans


Instructions

In a small sauce pan place the sweetener, gelatin and berries and mash together.


On the stove top heat and stir the mixture on medium for about 20 minutes until it thickens slightly. Remove from heat and allow to cool completely before use. Store in a cool location or refrigerator.
