Hearty Walnut Bread (KETO)

This bread is so hearty and filling. It taste great toasted! You can swap out the walnuts for pecans, almonds or your favorite nut.
Ingredients
3 cups Almond Flour
1/2 cup Coconut Flour
1/2 cup ground Flax Seed Meal
1/2 cup Walnuts toasted and chopped
3 large Eggs
1/3 cup Coconut Oil melted
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Salt
2 tsp Monk Fruit Sweetener
1 pkg. Dry Yeast
1/2 cup Warm Water
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a loaf pan with non stick cooking spray.
In a small measuring cup mix together 1/2 cup warm water, monk fruit sweetener and yeast, set aside.
In a large bowl mix the almond flour, coconut flour, flax seeds, walnuts, baking powder and salt
together until well combined.
Add the yeast liquid, coconut oil, eggs and stir until well blended. Pour the bread dough into the prepared loaf pan, spreading the top out evenly and bake for 50-60 minutes or until brown on sides and top.
Remove from oven and insert a toothpick or sharp knife into the center, it should come out clean, if so your bread is done. Let cool in the pan for about 20 minutes to set, then remove from pan. Slice and enjoy! This bread is hearty and great toasted.
