Oatmeal Cookies (HEALTHY ALTERNATIVE)

These deliciously chewy Oatmeal Cookies are a healthy alternative from the sugar laden store bought cookies. Made with honey and monk fruit sweetener it's a cookie you'll feel good about baking for your family.
Ingredients
2 cups Old Fashion Oats (organic)
1 cup Almond Flour
1/4 cup Monk Fruit Sweetener
1 tsp ground Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 cup Butter (soft)
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 Large Egg
1/4 cup Raw Honey
optional add ins (raisins, cranberries, pecans, etc.)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper and spray a little non-stick oil on the papers, set aside.
In a large bowl mix together the oatmeal, almond flour, monk fruit sweetener, cinnamon and baking soda, then add the remaining ingredients until well combined.
Using a cookie scoop or spoon make 9 mounds on each baking sheet about 2 inches apart and flatten each cookie dough mound.
Bake for 12-14 minutes until golden brown. Remove from the oven and allow to cool on a baking rack. Enjoy.
