Sunshiny Day Smoothie Bowl



This amazing smoothie bowl will brighten your day! It's filled with nutrition and will give you so much energy! This has been one of my favorite smoothies that I have been enjoying this Spring!


Ingredients

1 cup Frozen Pineapples

1 cup Frozen Mangos

1 cup Frozen Strawberries

1/2 cup Coconut Water or as much to thickness (or Nut Milk of choice)

1 scoop Sun Warrior Lean Meal Vanilla Protein Powder (or Vanilla Protein Powder)

Drizzle of local Honey or Honey

1 tsp Raw Maca Powder (optional)


Instructions

Place all the ingredients in a high powdered blender and blend until smooth.

Pour into a bowl or glass cup and enjoy!


Note: You can make this recipe without the protein powder, but this addition makes it so creamy. Without the protein powder it will be more fruit slushy type flavor, but equally delicious.

You can find the Sunwarrior Protein powders on Amazon. I've also seen them at my local Sprouts store.
